1. CARDAMOM

Add powder in your daily meal and in sweet dishes. It is also very tasty in flavor. You just need to put some cardamom seeds in water and boil for few minutes. You can use milk as an alternative of water. Pharmaceutical companies uses cardamom seeds and oil for medicines.

2. GINGER

Take water and add 2 teaspoons of green tea and cook for 5 minutes and also use green tea bag.

4. CINNAMON

5. HIBISCUS
