You should drink two to three cups daily and also take (100gm to 750gm) green tea supplements daily.

(Method 1)

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Honey (according to your taste)

Add all above ingredients into one cup of warm water and drink daily for few weeks.

(Method 2)

Second option is take half teaspoon turmeric powder and half teaspoon of dry powder of ginger then add into water and simmer for almost 10 minutes then strain the tea and add half lemon juice and one teaspoon of pure maple syrup. Few times in a week makes good result.

Licorice root

  • Another way is to take one cup of water then add one tablespoon of crumpled licorice root and one teaspoon of crushed ginger then simmer for 10 minutes and strain then add one teaspoon of lemon and drink.

Remember do not take licorice root in large amount and do not take more than one cup of tea on same day.
