1. OLIVE OIL

2. COLD SHOWER
In allergy reaction of histamine, cold bath can help to relief allergy.
Cold shower will pump blood vessels because while allergic reaction, “histamine” is a chemical which discharge by our immune cells, leak out from the blood vessels and enters into blow tissues of skin. That is why cold bath does not allow histamine to extrude from blood vessel. It decreases the extremity of allergy and skin irritation.
3. GROUND OATMEAL
Do you know? Oatmeal has a great chemical which is known as avenanthramides it has anti-inflammatory and anti-itching actives 2. Grind oatmeal with water is like a magic paste. These natural ingredients will definitely help in your skin redness and itching.
For small affected area you just need to take lukewarm water then add oatmeal powder and mix. It will look like a paste (make sure paste should be thick) then apply this thick paste on affected areas and cover with moist cloth. Keep this paste almost half an hour on your skin and then rinse with tap water.
You can also add oatmeal powder in your bath tub with lukewarm water (if your large body area affected) and immerse body about half an hour then take shower by normal water.
4. TREAT WITH HERBS AND PLANTS
Herbs are the most natural way to treat anything, with no side effects. There are so many herbs those have rich in properties such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal. Following are some most effected herbs in the treatment of skin allergy.
You can use this oil on affected areas for few hours and this oil is easily available in the market.
Get gel from fresh Aloe Vera leaf and apply it will works great.
NEEM, BASIL, CORIANDER LEAVES:
Grind these leaves jointly and make a paste then use on affected areas for an hour then rinse with plain water.
While using any remedy if you feel any sensation on skin then rinse quickly with water. Consult with doctor for serious conditions.
